Our staffing model:
Some of our staff work 100% from their home-office, others work 100% at our Vancouver office, and the rest have a mix of Vancouver-office and home-office days. For this reason visits to our Vancouver office need to be pre-arranged so that we can coordinate the availability of the appropriate licensed insurance agent and/or administrative support staff.
