The Global Campus Health Plan ID Card
Your health insurance ID card is an essential piece of identification. During your coverage dates, keep your insurance ID card with you at all times.
The main purpose of the ID Card is for you to always have easy access to your policy number and the contact information you need in case of an emergency and quick access to claims assistance.
Secondly, there are a number of medical clinics that will agree to send your medical bill to the Global Campus Health Plan claims administrator. See the list of current direct billing clinics. At these clinics you must show your Global Campus Health Plan ID card and at some clinics you may be asked for a form of photo ID and proof that you are a registered student at ISS Language College.
How do I get my Global Campus Health Plan ID Card?
After we process your insurance application, we (David Cummings Insurance Services ) send your GCHP ID Card to you. If you provided us a Canadian mailing address on your application form we will mail a policy kit to you with your ID card. If you only provide us with your email address we will send your GCHP ID card by email.
