David Cummings Insurance Services Ltd. (DCIS) – the insurance brokerage that developed and exclusively distributes the Global Campus Health Plan.
Certain underwriter at Lloyd's of London – The plan underwriter, also called "The Insurer" in the policy contract. This is the company holding the financial reserves and liable for claims.
Norfolk Mobility Benefits Inc. – The authorized agent for the plan underwriter (Certain underwriters at Lloyd's of London). Norfolk Mobility Benefits Inc. is the claims administrator.
TIC – The Medical Assistance Provider contracted by the Norfolk International Group. TIC is under contract to provide a variety of services that include the 24-hour emergency assistance call centre. TIC is the company that would arrange medical evacuation and other services covered under the Lloyd's contract.
