Privacy Policy
David Cummings Insurance Services Ltd. (DCIS) recognizes and respects every individual's right to privacy. When you apply for coverage we establish a confidential file of personal information. We use the information to administer the individual benefit plan under which you are covered in conjunction with the Plan and Claims Administrator, MSH INTERNATIONAL. For DCIS this includes the tasks of:
- Determining your eligibility for coverage under the plan
- Enrolling you for coverage
- Coordination of Claims and/or Emergency Assistance
We limit access to information in your file to David Cummings Insurance Services staff or persons authorized by David Cummings Insurance Services who require it to perform their duties, to your educational institution as required for the purposes stated above, to persons to whom you have granted access, and to persons authorized by law.
